The 2026 Pedrollo Group USA Company Meeting brought our team together for a great mix of business, professional development, collaboration, and, of course, a little fun.
Building a Stronger Pedrollo Group USA
Throughout the meeting, team members participated in company overview sessions designed to provide a broader perspective on our organization, our brands, and the opportunities ahead.
These sessions gave us the chance to step outside of our day-to-day responsibilities and look at the bigger picture—where we are today, how each department contributes to our success, and how we can continue working together to better serve our customers and grow our business.
With a diverse portfolio of pump products, brands, markets, and customers, communication and collaboration across our organization remain essential to our continued success.
Sharing Knowledge and Strengthening Our Sales Approach
Sales training was another important part of this year's meeting. Our team exchanged ideas, discussed sales techniques and shared practical tips that can help strengthen customer relationships and create new opportunities in the marketplace.
One of the greatest advantages of bringing everyone together is the ability to learn from one another. Whether it was a new approach to a customer conversation, product knowledge, market insight, or simply sharing experiences from the field, the sessions reinforced the value of working as one team.
Because great salesmanship isn't simply about selling a product—it's about understanding the customer's application, identifying the right solution, and becoming a trusted resource.
Burgers, Conversations and a Little Time to Recharge
Not everything happened inside the meeting room!
A Burger Truck gave everyone an opportunity to step away from the presentations, enjoy some great food and spend time connecting with colleagues in a more relaxed setting.
Sometimes the best conversations happen outside of scheduled sessions. Sharing lunch, exchanging stories and catching up with coworkers helped make the meeting as much about strengthening relationships as it was about strengthening our business.
Taking the Team Out to the Ballgame
We wrapped up the experience with an evening at a St. Paul Saints baseball game.
After days focused on strategy, training and collaboration, the game provided the perfect opportunity for everyone to relax, have some fun and enjoy time together outside of work.
It was a fitting way to celebrate the people behind Pedrollo Group USA and the teamwork that drives our organization forward every day.

Our 2026 Company Meeting was a reminder that our greatest strength isn't simply the products we manufacture or the markets we serve—it's the people behind them.
We returned to our respective roles with new ideas, stronger connections and renewed energy for the opportunities ahead.
